Why are some books available for order when they are not out yet?

Some of our books are available to pre-order only and will be released at a later date. This is specified on each individual item. By pre-ordering, you help to fund the publication of the book. To express our thanks, your name will be listed at the back of the book (in most cases) and you will receive a signed copy.

Can books be signed by the author?

When you pre-order a book that has not yet been released we guarantee that you will receive a signed copy. Books ordered from stock may be signed but we cannot guarantee this. If you specifically want a signed copy please send us an email with your order.

What happens if I don't have a PayPal account?

You do not need a PayPal account to order from this site. You just need a credit or debit card. Simply click the PayPal button when you are ready to pay, and if you don't have an account, PayPal will take your card details for this one off transaction. This ensures that your card details remain private and secure - Hirst Publishing only receives your order details. If you prefer to order by cheque, please click on the contact page for details.

When will my book arrive?

We aim to deliver your book within 1-2 weeks, although it is usually sooner.
